Will this smart lock fit my door or gate?+

Our door locks are made for the wooden main doors of HDB flats, condos and landed homes, and our gate locks for metal gates. A certified installer checks your door or gate on-site before fitting, so there's nothing for you to measure or guess.

Is installation included?+

Yes — free certified installation across Singapore is included. We confirm a same-day or scheduled slot, and a certified installer fits and tests the lock on your door before leaving.

What warranty does it come with?+

Every OpenTouch lock comes with a 2-year local Singapore warranty, plus real after-sales support from our SG-based team on WhatsApp — not a faraway call centre.

How do I pay, and is GST included?+

Pay securely by card or PayNow through HitPay, or choose Cash on Delivery. Every price is in SGD and already includes 9% GST — the price you see is the price you pay.

What if the battery runs low or I'm locked out?+

The lock warns you well before the battery is low, and every model keeps a backup way in (a mechanical key or emergency power). If anything ever goes wrong, message us on WhatsApp and a real person in Singapore will help.
