These terms apply to purchases from OpenTouch in Singapore. By placing an order you agree to them.
Pricing & GST
All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of 9% GST. We may update prices, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Payment
We accept PayNow and cards via HitPay, and Cash on Delivery. Card and PayNow payments are processed securely by HitPay — your card details never touch our servers.
Delivery & installation
We deliver across Singapore. Optional certified installation can be arranged. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns
Faulty products are covered under warranty (see our Warranty page). For other returns, contact us — terms and timeframes to be finalised before go-live.
